Refund Policy

If your pricing strategy report doesn’t tell you something new about your car’s current market position, email hello@carpricegenie.com.au within 14 days of receiving your report and we’ll refund your $69 in full.

If your report isn’t in your inbox within 24 hours of submitting your details and payment, it’s free — email us and we’ll refund automatically.

Email hello@carpricegenie.com.au with your order reference (found in your confirmation email) and we’ll process it within 2 business days.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
